Central location, old-fashioned building, high ceilings, friendly and accommodating staff.
Nothing, all great.

The location of the property was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the train and bus station and a short 10-minute walk to the old town. This made it easy to explore the city and get around. the rooms had a kettle and a microwave available, which was great for preparing quick snacks or drinks.
There were several negative aspects of my stay. the rooms lacked basic amenities such as a shower.

Great location, close to everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which made us feel right at home. the hotel had good sound insulation, so we had a peaceful and quiet night's sleep.
The walls were a bit thin, and we could sometimes hear noise from outside or from other guests. there were some minor issues with the bedsheets, but we brought our own so it didn't bother us too much.

Great location close to popular attractions and public transportation. The room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.Friendly and helpful staff provided good customer service.
The language barrier was a bit of a challenge as some staff members didn't speak English fluently. The room was a bit small and could have benefited from a trash bin.

Great location near the central railway and bus stations, making it convenient for Christmas travel plans. the staff, although there was a small language barrier at times, were very friendly and accommodating.
The beds and linen were quite worn out, but still clean. The room was a bit cool for some, although it was fine for us.

The location of the hotel is superb, being just by the main train station and in the city center. This makes it convenient for travelers who want easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. the hotel is situated in front of the train station, which is a major plus for those arriving by train.
It is important to note that the breakfast provided is quite basic and may not meet the expectations of those looking for a substantial meal.

I recently stayed at Balticapart in Riga for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated right across from the railway station, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and a private shower. One of the highlights for me was being able to check in early at 5.30AM without any issues.
I can recommend this hotel. It had a great location and there was even a McDonald's nearby.
